ORDER PROCESSING 

After your order is placed, for all orders there is a processing time of 24 business hours.  Please allow an additional 24 hours processing time if your order is placed within 1 day of or on a local government holiday. Order cutoff time is 11am PST. Orders placed after 11am PST will be considered to start process time the next business day. For instance, orders placed before 11am PST on Friday will be shipped Saturday. For orders placed Friday after 11am PST, orders will be shipped Monday.

Once your order ships, a confirmation email will be sent to you to with detailed tracking information. You can also find your shipping details by logging into your account. Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after the parcel has shipped, these events may occur. Please contact us in the event our carrier is delayed, and we will be happy to help locate the parcel for you.

To avoid any potential issues with your delivery, please take a moment to double-check and provide an accurate shipping address during checkout.

It's important to note that we are unable to offer replacements or refunds for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We appreciate your attention to this matter and thank you for helping us deliver your orders promptly and accurately. We will do our best to adjust your shipping address if you included an incorrect shipping address and your order has not yet been shipped. If this is the case, please promptly email hello@renclubgolf.com for the address change and we will try our best to accommodate.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

SHIPPING TIME:

  • Standard: 3 to 7 days after order processing.
  • Express: 2 days by 6pm after order processing

SHIPPING COSTS for both Standard and Express Shipping are calculated based on geographical location of delivery address and total weight of parcel. Please follow checkout options to receive your calculated rate and estimated delivery time. Electronic signatures may be captured upon all deliveries.

Free Standard Domestic Shipping on subtotal values over $100USD. Five to 8 days for shipping after order processing. *Please note Hawaii and Puerto Rico are excluded from free shipping*

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Including Mexico and Canada)

CARRIER: DHL

SHIPPING TIME: After processing, ship time is 7 to 14 business days + a possible 48 to 72 hours for customs.

CUSTOMS/DUTIES and FEES are not collected at the time of purchase and may apply for international shipments according to local legislation. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer. RENCLUB does not enforce these fees, therefore we are not able to waive fees upon delivery. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which the shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
