Refund policy

Items shipped internationally are not eligible for returns or exchange

For domestic orders, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items with makeup, deodorant or other products on the item will not be accepted for refund and will not be mailed back if a refund is denied.

To start a return, you can login to your account by going to accounts.renclubgolf.com. You will not see a Return option on items that are considered final sale items. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Starting September 1, 2025, a return label will be provided to you for you to return your items. Return Shipping costs in the amount of $12 will be deducted from your refund when your item is received back at our warehouse and your return is approved. We are not responsible for your returns should they become lost or damaged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any accessories, sale items or gift cards. If you are unsure if an item is ineligible for a return, please send us an email at hello@renclubgolf.com to verify before purchasing.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
